At Animal, we want you to feel as bold as our designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've simplified our process to get you back to your wild style as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all Animal brand tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
